Community Pathway
Getting your school, church, NGO, or business online — with honest pricing and a working admin dashboard.
If you have never had a website built before, there are five things that go into every project. Understanding them upfront means no surprises later.
Your address on the internet — like yourschool.edu.zm. Registered through a provider, renews every year.
The design, the pages, and the coding — including an admin dashboard so your staff can update things themselves.
Before anything goes live, we test it and walk through a working version with you first.
Professional email addresses on your own domain — like info@yourschool.edu.zm.
Keeping your website actually running, year after year. We handle this for you.
We recommend Imbra Zambia to register your domain — one of the cheapest reliable options in Zambia, and a platform we know well. That said, Imbra is a recommendation, not a requirement.
Come to us with at least three possible domain names in order of preference. Domain names are first-come, first-served — your first choice may already be taken.
There is an important difference: email storage is space for your inbox. Drive storage is shared space for documents and files, like Google Drive. Imbra provides email storage only; Google and Zoho bundle both together.
Every tier includes unlimited email accounts at no extra per-address cost.
Every website is priced in two parts: a one-time Foundation Fee based on your organisation type, and the pages you choose from our catalog.
Covers your Home page, admin dashboard, domain connection, hosting setup, testing, working preview, and staff training. Charged once.
Choose only the pages you actually want. Every price below is fixed and final.
Build time depends on how many pages you choose and how complex they are. As a baseline for a typical project:
These are starting estimates — we will confirm an exact timeline once we know which pages you have chosen.
Once you have chosen your tier and we have agreed on your pages and pricing, a single named person from Pathways will be assigned as your main point of contact for the entire project — from the first conversation through to launch and the 30-day post-launch support window.
This is usually the same person who will actually be building your site. You are not passed between different people or having to re-explain your needs partway through.
Come with an idea of the pages you would like, and at least three possible domain names in order of preference. We will take it from there.
